We visited on the second January 2018 and found the place filthy and the odour was close to unbearable! Floors, walls and furnishings need a thorough clean and bins emptied of what smelt like old nappies. Considering calling the health department to investigate further.

Good place to hang out on a quieter time, late afternoon. Could have been another star if the coffee machine worked and had my large flat white w/ 1 sugar.

Service was not at all proffesional. After numerous attempts to get hot chips (after physically seeing them put the cold chips back into the chip warmer twice) we gave up. Our burgers where cold by burger i mean the patty (apparently they grill them) and bun (apparently they warm them) where all cold. The burger was made well thrown together i should say. And did not look, taste, appealing at all. We received cold chicken fries. But after a 10 minute wait for our hot food. The Manager had stepped in who was proffesional and helpful. So i give it a 1 star and thats only based on the way the Manager handled it.

Drive-thru server today 08/08/17 at 5:40pm - rude and no customer service skills. Got the order wrong and rude when corrected. Onion rings are like cardboard. Burgers are better at KFC.
