Got the brisket deluxe small meal $14.85nnBrisket was the best the beef patties saved it nice Smokey bbq sauce. Fries a little old
Went to this branch as the one close to my home was closed.nOrdered a plant based angry whopper. Got home excited to eat, only to see that no jalapeno, no angry onion, instead added ketchup, raw onion, and pickle.nnCalled the branch, but no one answered. No way to complain and sort the issue.nnAre you guys going to rectify this?
Went to drive thru in the morning as we were coming from somewhere. We went through drive thru because didn’t had enough time for cooking. Ordered 3 cheese toasties, their Manager Milan took the order, we received t and take it home. When we opened the toasties packaging, 2 toasties were without butter, all the burnt pieces from tbw toaster sticked to the bread. Took it back and Milan said nothing’s wrong with and upon arguing its missing butter well, we were told butter is not in the recipe but butter is in recipe infact. He said do you want refund? I said it’s not about the refund, our time had wasted, we need new one. Milan said you got to wait few minutes as there are already 7 customers waiting ahead of you. We said you should’ve cooked our food on priority as this had already wasted our half an hour. Refunded the money for the toasties but not really happy with the service and behavious from Milan. He should really not be a mananger who lack professionalism.
Very disappointing. I don’t normally like to complain about fast food, especially the local one which I like to support but this has happened to me twice now and it’s very disappointing. I have asked and paid for cheese in my burger which I did not get and once opened up to check on my cheese, I was shocked with the effort they put in making my burger. Please step up your game I just want to enjoy my food that I pay for.
The absolute worst store in the chain. Any order is just thrown together and inedible, incorrect or cold/flat. Feel sorry for the 2 conscientious staff there who are fighting a losing battle. Every time has been so awful that it's now beyond ridiculous.nJust close this dump down or do some serious cleaning and retraining.
