Went through drive through tonight a little after 9pm had to wait quite a while to then find stone cold chips an 2 verry sloppy whopper burgers with minimal salad, Other two burgers were alright.
Ordered a burger and chips. Chips were okay but the burger had too much sauce. All i could taste in the burger was sauce. Threw the half burger away as it was making me sick. Felt like they dipped my burger in a sauce tub. Never coming back after this horrible experience.
Went through drive through and ordered iced coffee, chips n nuggets and a chocolate sunday. Faith asked to wait at the bay which I did. Waited for 20 minutes and still no show. I went inside and asked for the order she said she is waiting for the ice coffee. After 5 minutes she again asked me what was my order and I repeat my order which I did for 5 times, she said it was handed to wrong car which wasn't true and she is making right away then she went and did another order. I asked if can make my order right away if not then I want my refund and she again asked what was my order, I repeat again then she went. Another girl came and asked what was my order, I told her I am not repeat again and again which I already did more than 5 times. Finally I got my DRIVE THROUGH order after more than 30 minutes of waiting. What a pathetic service.
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at the drive-thru at Hungry Jack’s in Wangara yesterday afternoon.nI ordered a large chips, but the teenage staff member at the speaker kept pretending not to understand me. I had to repeat my order four times. Only when I said “fries” did he suddenly act like he understood, which felt unprofessional and frustrating.nWhen I received my order, the chips were cold. I had to ask for a replacement, which should not have been necessary in the first place.nOverall, the service felt immature and careless. I hope management provides better staff training to ensure customers are treated respectfully and receive fresh food.
I popped into hungry jacks wangara and had a very pleasant experience. The food was lovely and tasted fresh just how it should. This young man named Julian was so polite, kind, and well mannered, which you don’t always come across these days. He made me feel welcome and helped me decide what to order and it truly made my day, It’s good to know there is good people in this world.
