Encountered an issue with the order system, money taken but order didn't go through. Manager sorted out the issue without fuss.nIt's good to see managers going above and beyond to keep their customers happy as well as a great example to younger staff on how good customer relationships are maintained.nGood job by the manager and hungry jacks today.
Didn't expect much, new years day so was reasonably busy. Was greeted with genuinely the best burgers I've ever eaten at any hungry jacks nationwide. Food was hot and looked almost the same as the images on the menu. Unexpected but fantastic experience
Drive thru first time at this store, way 2 long to receive order, due to not enough staff on.nAbout 15-23 min wait timenManager was doing all stations.nBy time I received itnHot choc only 3/4 full no Froth & luck warmnBreaky burger warmnHash brown nearly cold.nWould I go back, probably not.nVery disappointed
Apart from the issue that the self order kiosk wasn't placing the orders with the kitchen and I waited 10 mins before a staff member realised and then manually put my order through also lucky I scanned the QR for my reciept, it was not a too bad experience for a hungry jacks. The toilets could be maintained slightly better but not the worst.
Filthy floor. This was breakfast.nIf the tile on the wall is black, the water needs changing.nFood in the corners and under the table.nIf this is the level of cleanliness where customers sit, I'd hate to think what the kitchen is like.
