ordered a fairy floss storm at around 12am, so not many customers. i had tiny amount of fairy floss and the icecream was already melted when given to me. this was the only item i ordered. is it that hard to make your product at least slightly presentable?? **photos were taken as i was leaving the drive through**
We entered the Hungry Jack's sitting area and found rubbish and mess almost everywhere, needed to walk around to find a clean enough table and chairs to sit at.nAll the staff members were behind the kitchen area and none of them was cleaning the dining area.nnWe order two different orders, the first time we got notified the order was ready and the second we weren't notified and it was an ice cream which was sitting there on the serving bench for some time before we decided to go and check. The food generally was fine.nnThere was no greeting from a young male staff member when he came towards us and he started to spray cleaning detergent onto the table where we were eating. I had to remove my good away from the table to another, so he could continued to clean the table.nnThis is not our first visit, and it has not been impressive.
Well the Chicken Prami were fine, a bit pricey. However 11am pre-lunch I got the impression that it was the cleaners day off. It was even worse in the toilet. There are food guidelines and they are not being followed
The service was absolutely disgusting. And the food was horrible, I only finished it because I’ve spent money on it. I do not recommend this restaurant as it’s always dirty and is full of disrespectful staffs. The lady that was doing night shiftnand was in charge of the driventhrough was very rude. Her behaviour and the way she acted was unacceptable. I get that you might be having a rough night. But you had no reason to be that rude. Learn how to sustain yourself.nWho ever is managing this restaurant. Needs to do their job. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t deserve any stars!!!!!!!!!!
food was cold! waited 30 minutes in DRIVE THROUGH just to then be given wrong food and wrong drinks, then when we were given our foods they were cold. biscoff thick shake wasn’t even made right and the choc thick shake was just like milk. the staff were walking around doing nothing inside and not doing their job, packed inside too aswell as drive through. undertrained staff clearly!
