Very disappointed. Coke came without ice, when staff were asked they just responded “oh yeah it’s not working.” I added ice of my own at home just to discover that the coke was completely flat. Burger came with sauce all over the box and practically disassembled.
Same great taste and service was excellent. Cleanliness however was an issue in the dining area and bathrooms. When we first came inside, we were struck of how untidy the place was. While we were eating, one of the staff members cleaned about bit but was rushed. This is not unusual across most fast food chains in Australia. I sure hope hygiene practices are more proper in the kitchen.
DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM HERE!nnOrdered online using app, 6 minutes from my place was 40 mins late. Turned up stone cold!!!!nDrove to the store which they acknowledged that the food was waiting for ages but still let it go!nOffered to remake the food .. made it took it home .. wrong order, food missing, still cold and hair in my food!nDisgusting place!
I have never received what I ordered from this place. I usually choose other takeaway places because I know Hungry Jacks Mornington are useless. Thought id give it another go and order online in advance to give them a head start... Got there and the drink order was wrong. Got home and looked at my burger, it was grose! Been standing around , fallen apart and not the double I asked for!!! They are absolutely useless there, I actually dont know how their still open?
Ordered iced coffee. She literally gave me watery milk with some coffee in it and the tiniest bit of cream on top. Looked nothing like the picture and tasted like bitter coffee. Ripped off. What’s worse is, corporate doesn’t ever respond let alone do anything. Never going back.
