Would have been 5, but 1 for the onion rings! But read on…nnOnion inside was legitimately less than 1mm thick…nWe kept eating them thinking it was a one off, but literally 95% batter 5% onion. You could hardly taste the onion!nnBurgers, they were great, we ordered the rebel veg. whopper with cheese & regular whopper with cheese, these were both great!nnWe ordered on the screens & was great, you can make changes, add things very easily. This place is an absolute joke third time terrible service, terrible food. Parked for 20 minutes in the park bay with only 2 cars in the drive thru, staff laughing and giggling inside standing around. Gets order 20 minutes later and it's stone cold and the wrong burger. One restaurant that deserves to disappear, or could possibly take on the same training mc donalds does to get adequate staff.
Hands down worst hungry jacks anyone could ever go to. Most untrained and unprofessional staff you’ll ever come across. Food is never correct; even when it’s quiet they still cannot make an order right. Worst part is the store always has the phone off so you cannot contact once you have gone home with the wrong order. Management need to keep the store phone on and train staff. Please do not eat here if you have dietary requirements; you are more then likely to get effed over as this store can never make an order correctly.
The service here is literally the slowest of any fast food restaurant i’ve ever been to. Just waited around 45mins for a small bbq cheeseburger meal. Ordered through the app 15 mins before pulling into the drive through and it still without fail always takes them the longest time. Management here needs an upgrade and the staff need massive amounts of retraining. I’d understand if it was once but every time we come to this Hungry Jacks it’s the same issue
Management seriously need to look at this shop now. Twice a week for a month I have gone into the shop and also used the drive through. The staff have no idea, the managers have no idea especially on the 3/8/24. Whoever trains a manager needs to be trained themselves.nThis particular HJ has lost it completely and Area manager seriously needs to get this place sorted out. People are waiting up to 14 min for just chicken fries, 20 mins in the drive thru, printed receipts are all over the floor - no one has an order number; and it goes on and on
