Just went through drive thru. Ordered 3 burgers and 2 chips. Only got 1 burger in bag, had to ask for others. Cheeseburger had a bottle of mustard enough to make inedible and whopper jnr had about the same of mayonnaise.nJust appalling and inedible.nSad....I was a proud employee years ago and we always took pride in our quality and service...nWhat a waste of food. Disgraceful
I went here few weeks ago and waited for far too long in the drive thru then received legit freezing cold food which was disgusting. I couldn’t turn my car around and come back as my daughter was in the car and needed to get home to bed. I’ve lodged multiple feedbacks online and the consumer enquiries has promised the store owner would call me, this has been going on for two weeks. Will never visit the Mentone store again. I’d never normally complain about a place with food if it was just a touch cold or had to wait in drive thru etc as I understand, but this time was just far too awful service and food.
It's a fairly clean and decent HJ. Food is pretty good. It's a pretty decent fast food place to get all your usual burgers and fries. Staff are nice enough and do a pretty good job of cleaning and serving food. They got my order right, so I'm pretty happy.nnThe reason not giving it 5 stars is, well it is still a fast food joint, so yeah, greasy cheese and soggy sauce, not exactly Michelin star material. Still, it is pretty good but not an award winning place to grab your pretty decent burgers.nnI like that they now have the no straw caps on the cups but will still give you straws. Hopefully, when people are used to drinking from the no straw cups they can stop handing out the straws. So just in the transition period to being better. So another reason it's just not quite 5 stars...but overall a pretty good place.

Consistently disappointing, compared to Moorabbin which I’ll only ever visit now. The burgers are consistently dry and overcooked without any ounce of juice or moisture left in the patty. The fries over-salted and the medium fries equaled the pitiful amount of large fries they put in that larger cardboard container.
