Last night I got a kids meal for my daughter. Bread all burned and no cheese??? I had to throw it in the bin
Burgers made well and tasted good, staff were friendly enough for a Saturday morning when nobody wants to be working but the toilets were horrific! The longer I looked at the walls in the stall in the female toilets the worse it got! I am praying that the smears were chocolate from some drunk patron in the early hours of the morning and they simply hadn't had a chance to do the daily clean but the walls of the stall were filthy, the bowl was dirty and the smell was excessive for a place that should be cleaned on the daily. On-top of that, despite being one of 2 customers in the store the floors were pretty dirty and more than a couple tables hadn't been wiped down in a hot minute
It's a fairly clean and decent HJ. Food is pretty good. It's a pretty decent fast food place to get all your usual burgers and fries. Staff are nice enough and do a pretty good job of cleaning and serving food. They got my order right, so I'm pretty happy.nnThe reason not giving it 5 stars is, well it is still a fast food joint, so yeah, greasy cheese and soggy sauce, not exactly Michelin star material. Still, it is pretty good but not an award winning place to grab your pretty decent burgers.nnI like that they now have the no straw caps on the cups but will still give you straws. Hopefully, when people are used to drinking from the no straw cups they can stop handing out the straws. So just in the transition period to being better. So another reason it's just not quite 5 stars...but overall a pretty good place.
Really like this Hungry Jacks, have been customer of this branch for more than a year. Great value of food - I mean, nowadays it’s quite impossible to get a brekky with coffee at around $5 ish.nnWill’s working professionally and efficiently. Manager Te was incredibly rude and closed the restaurant dine in 30 minutes prior to closing time and upon walking back past the restaurant the lights were turned off at 9:40– 20 minutes before closing time. We were told to go away with no explanation nor apology for why the closing time was wrong and also lied to that these were the store closing hours for dine-in despite 10pm being the stated hours online and at the front of the store. A very disappointing customer service experience.
