Ordered the family bundle today. They asked me to move forward as there were no chips but last time the hidden post did $1300 damage to my car. They then gave my meal straight away. The chips stone cold. The burgers cold, the coke was flat.nI will never go their again. It's a pity because it used to be a good store.
Maybe it varies by time? 12pm lunch hour, service was great and no issues.
Great 60s themed Hungry Jacks store. They have the best discount vouchers out.nnThe chips are delicious and one of my favourite places to enjoy them. Well seasoned and always freshly cooked.nnFriendly service and usually quick.
My wife, son, and I went through the drive-through yesterday and after having our order taken, we were told to park our car in the waiting area. 20 minutes later, and no food had arrived. We also noticed at least four other cars that were waiting there that had been there before we arrived. All of these people were waiting for their meal as well and were not happy. Finally, my wife was forced to go back to the store and finally we got our meal 25 minutes later. While I understand that delays do happen, it was clear that the staff were struggling to keep up and at least one poor young lady working, there was visibly stressed. The duty manager should have informed me and the other customers that this was the case, and that there would be a significant wait for the food.
Has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have experienced ever. The slowest service I've ever seen, for the order to then be wrong and the food cold. I have stood back and watched whilst waiting for my order for 30 mins. The staff are useless. They need to hire new staff, and a proper manager. Never seen anything like it
