I used to choose Hungry Jack’s over McDonald’s because I felt the quality was better, but sadly, that’s no longer the case. The food has declined to the same poor standard—or even worse. On top of that, the ordering process has become frustrating and inefficient. It’s disappointing to see what was once a better alternative lose its edge…
Enticed by online offer of a 4 person “spread” for $29.95. Once ordered on the counter in store, the total was $37.95. Counter staff said the online price “must have been old”.nTable for 4 was dirty so we cleaned it ourselves. Food was warm and fries undercooked.
Went to your store this morning,nNeeded to use public facilities & used the unisex toilet to fi.d no locking device on the door , the toilet unflushednTurning around & we t to another Fast Food out let & made our purchase. Clean your act up if you want customers to return
Ordered a Grill Master Chicago AngusnThere was that much Peppercorn sauce on the Burger I needed 8 wipes to wipe my hands from the sauce. The burger bun was soggy from the sauce.nWill not go there agian.nThe store needs to have a refurb
Food tastes like cardboard. Got the order wrong, not busy at that time. Burned tenders. The restaurant itself is filthy. At least Nambour Hungry Jacks has flavour. Seriously, save yourself the bother. KFC is just up the road.nPlus, kids riding bikes in store around smaller kids. Seriously, it's a joke.
