I used to choose Hungry Jack’s over McDonald’s because I felt the quality was better, but sadly, that’s no longer the case. The food has declined to the same poor standard—or even worse. On top of that, the ordering process has become frustrating and inefficient. It’s disappointing to see what was once a better alternative lose its edge…
Feral toilets. Do they clean these ever?nBurger i ordered didn't event have all the ingredients on it, manager didn't care.nIt's not hard to do better HJ.nBurger was thrown out and money given back.nReally great business practices.
Legit stayed at the speaker box for 10 mins while the other lane was served. Got fed up and drove to the person instead to wait another 15 mins while they got that sorted. Either this store is highly understaffed or they just need better training or a bit of both.
Hopeless, useless driver through person. We sat at the drive through for 45 minutes and they forgot 2 things out of my order couldn’t even do their job right and was being so rude about it. Said he would give me my burger that they didn’t supply. Ridiculous. Definitely don’t recommend.
There’s no consistency with the quality of food from this restaurant, ordered a few of the new items they have at the moment. Had to wait just under 10mins for all the food which would be fine if it turned up hot! Only to drive 10mins away to eat and to find out most items were warm/cold. Looked liked everything was just slapped together a jammed in the backburgers on the bottom an it wasn’t busy. After spending over $70 on food to enjoy we won’t be going back here for awhile.
