the other night me and my partner had to drive to this store after ordering online for a delivery that had at that point taken 2 hours we live five mins away from the store. when we spoke to the worker at the window, they assisted us super well and made sure we got our order that night ! big shoutout, always love the plant based burgers from here also, and they’re always friendly
There’s no consistency with the quality of food from this restaurant, ordered a few of the new items they have at the moment. Had to wait just under 10mins for all the food which would be fine if it turned up hot! Only to drive 10mins away to eat and to find out most items were warm/cold. Looked liked everything was just slapped together a jammed in the backburgers on the bottom an it wasn’t busy. After spending over $70 on food to enjoy we won’t be going back here for awhile.
I'm a menulog driver and I felt so bad for a customer. He ordered at 6PM and it didn't get to him until 8.45pm?! That isn't even safe to eat! Food was dead cold but I didn't realise cos of the drinks. I seriously hope he complained and got a refund :
Had a door dash order stuffed up. The manager was extremely helpful and filled our order the next day. Not really her problem but did it anyway. Would not recommend door dash, would highly recommend HJ Maroochydore for their service.
Friendly service and clean I side.nThe atmosphere was bland but maybe that's because it was raining and there were only several people inside.nCheerful music would be nice.nOther than this mild disappointment everything was good.
