So Poor and pathetic burger had in my life. Normally vegan patty take time to cook, they served burger less than 3-5 minutes.that means was reheated many times, you can see in the photo. Completely ripped off my money. Never recommend to go this outlet if food is not fresh.
Just got home from ordering a double whopper and plant based whopper, wow, I will not be wasting my money again, the plant based patty was charcoal, the burger had bear minimum on it. Just terrible!
Our food came in faster than expected and everything was complete. Our chips were crispy and warm, our burgers were not soggy. The place needs cleaning up as rubbish is on the floor and the garbage bin is piled up but as we were eating, a staff member was tidying up the place. We came on boxing day and were expecting a lineup but there wasn't any queue which proves the staff are attentive, prepared and fast. Amongst all the branches of hungry jacks we went to, this is the best one so far.
Clean facilities, and resturant. We ate in, placed an order. We ordered one of the new burgers, side of nuggets and a small chicken burger meal. Wasnt the greatest, wasnt fresh. Nuggets were cooked well though but i found for $38.00 it was over priced and pretty average. Staff were nice.
This is my third visit to Hungry Jacks Labrador in the past month, slow learner obviously!nEach time the burgers have been terrible.nOvercooked burnt meat patties each time.nMy Aussie Whopper looked like they had taken turns throwing ingredients into the box or is it supposed to be deconstructed?nWas tempted to see if the egg would bounce so overcooked.nIf these things are on a timer I suggest you check the settings!nAsked for no pickles on another burger.nThe cashier definitely put that on the order and lo and behold 5 pickles!nPart of today's order was barely lukewarm because someone forgot to cook my Aussie Whopper. The manager swore at them and demanded they hurry up and make it.nThe delay made the rest barely lukewarmnLabrador is close to my home but never again!nWent to Burleigh Hungry Jacks and the burgers were perfect..not murdered and very tasty and juicy. Never had a bad meal from there.
