Don't like this new system of being parked every time I go through the drive thru. It's called the drive THROUGH not the order and park. Really appreciated how I was never parked before at this hjs but now that's different. Quality of food has gone down since too.
Friday 18 October 2024 12:37amnOrdered the grill chicken hunger tamer and thought I only got bacon on it little did I know the crispy bacon I was looking at was my grilled chicken do better piss poor work not worth it
We drove here to get ice creams waited in the drive though for 10 mins then get to speaker and they are cleaning the ice cream machine at 7pm dinner time. Terrible management seems to be very common with hungry jacks no where near as well run as McDonald's with there processes.
If the burgers are meant to be better at Hungry Jack's then I worry what to expect anywhere else.nChicken was as tough as a rubber shoe, basically jerky , I could not even eat it, looks like the lettuce accidentally fell on there, thats how little there was and the one small tomato looked like it had seen better days.nCertainly won't be back.
Just sat in the drive through to order breakfast. I waited 5-10 mins and no one spoke to me over speaker so I drove to the window to where I found the staff all gossiping and not working so I left and went to McDonald’s. This will be the 3rd time I’ve had bad service from this business. Do better and get better staff on.
