A pleasurable experience and delicious food! The young man greeted me politely and took my order with in a friendly and respectful manner. Qualities lacking with so many young people nowadays. Excellent customer service.
How? Missing one drink I can understand but also From 5 burgers was only 3, and 2 of them didn’t have half ingredients. HOW? I know there kids working, but it is following easy instructions. Family left hungry. Never again.
Our food came in faster than expected and everything was complete. Our chips were crispy and warm, our burgers were not soggy. The place needs cleaning up as rubbish is on the floor and the garbage bin is piled up but as we were eating, a staff member was tidying up the place. We came on boxing day and were expecting a lineup but there wasn't any queue which proves the staff are attentive, prepared and fast. Amongst all the branches of hungry jacks we went to, this is the best one so far.
Just got home from ordering a double whopper and plant based whopper, wow, I will not be wasting my money again, the plant based patty was charcoal, the burger had bear minimum on it. Just terrible!
Sorry Guys, I have to repost this due to my terminology the first time round.nnWow, ordered twice from here and they failed both times. First time, dont get me wrong, brilliant food! But my son had the cap of the milkshake machine in his drink, luckily he's 14 otherwise could of been worse, could of died bless his soul. We complained to Uber and got his meal refunded. Happy days.nnAs the food was good, we ordered a second time. This time, left a meal out the order, the same nipper suffered and had to have half my chips!! my misses called HJ and they said we had to call Uber agian. Yes they refunded our meal, yes the food is good, just dont bank on this place to read through a to do list of an order!nnHungry Jacks? NO MATE! MY SON IS.
