Ordered in drive through. Sent to waiting bay for hold up on nuggets. 17 minute wait. 3 of the 6 nuggets were fresh. The other 3 were cold. 2 burgers were cold and missing condiments. Chips were under cooked and unseasoned. Inedible. $31.
very good drive Thur service. it just 10 times better than Macdonald. the lady who took my order is really patient and polite . and the lady who delivers my food is also very polite and full of smiles. The burger is a bit cold but not a problem as long as it tastes like a burger. omg. Hungry jack . I just brought $12 meal,and you gave me $1000000 service experience .
11:20 26/4/2025nHuge hair in my chips nYoung Front staff member she seemed mortified.nShe then notified the manager and he told her to get me a new one and tossed the old one.nNo initiative from the manager to apologise what so ever.nnYoung staff member at the front was fantastic though on apologising a number of times.nnManager maybe needs to be re trained in customer service.
Accuracy is not this stores strength. If a customer is paying for additions to their burger eg extra grilled chicken patty on their grilled chicken burger, then it’s expected that’s what you’ll get, but apparently not.nTwo orders in a row we have paid for additions that have not been included, and as they have been uber orders it’s not as simple as just having the burgers remade before leaving the store.nnFries and onion rings are almost always cold and just dumped in the bag upside down to spill out everywhere, no matter what time of the day or night, or method of ordering.nnIf you want Hungry Jacks, I recommend going to or ordering from a different local store which is much better at following your order correctly.
The best Hungry Jack's I've been to in ages! The staff are friendly and the burgers are excellently prepared. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and tasty. Loved the Memphis Whopper and Brekky Burger!
