It's hungry jacks, so they'll feed you for money. Check any order that has bacon as they've stung me twice with missing bacon. Food's pretty good generally, but being denied my full quota of bacon is unforgivable, especially when it happens twice in a week. Chips are always good though. I guess three stars is a pretty good result for any Burger King to be honest.
Sent to waiting bay when no one is in drive thru. this practice of trying to appear like they are more efficient than they are by keeping the drive thru empty needs to go awaynGet to waiting bays and they are both full with another car parked in the exclusionary zone next to handicap space and another two cars myself included parked elsewhere.nWait forever to get food, by the time it arrives I just want to go so didn’t pay attention to them not giving me all my food.nnOn a seperate occasion a bunch of ratty kids hanging out front right next to the door where they have a dining area, harassing a lady in the waiting bay calling her slurs and vaping when they look about 15.nEmployees just ignore them and hand out food instead of asking them to move on.nFrankston South store far superior.
Ordered in drive through. Sent to waiting bay for hold up on nuggets. 17 minute wait. 3 of the 6 nuggets were fresh. The other 3 were cold. 2 burgers were cold and missing condiments. Chips were under cooked and unseasoned. Inedible. $31.
The coldest fries I've ever received in my life...all 58 years of them! 10/7/25 approximately 7.30pm.nThey were actually cold to touch! Like chomping into a frozen chip that wasn't cooked through properly. Awful!!! In fact so awful that I vomitted! My sons fries on the other hand were warm. My fries were obviously stale and sitting out in the cold before being served to me. Probably staff busy catering to all the uber eats delivery drivers first and leaving my order to go cold...very cold!nBack in the day this Hungry Jacks was pretty decent. Nowadays it's hit and miss, particularly during the evenings.nWon't be buying from this Hungry Jacks again, there are other stores who's standards are way higher and consistent
Ham & Cheese is the best!!nBut sadly, we wait too long for our own food!!
