I ordered a grilled chicken burger with bacon and cheese and when I got home my burger did NOT contain chicken!nIt's one thing to check the bag in the carpark to make sure the order is complete, but to get a chicken burger without the chicken? I have no words
Order 4 large meals for delivery plus glasses for each meal only got 3 meals and no glasses not good enough when order is over $100 now we are getting the run around just give us our glasses and mealnEdit just had to reorder the meal that was missing and to get the missing glasses and this is the burger they sent omfg
i saw over 5 employees leave before I received my food and the other employees were having such a lovely conversation and gasbag in the back while I waited over 20 minutes for an order. I could hear them talk about my order and how no one wanted to make it. How they just kept pushing making my order off onto someone else to make. My drinks had been sitting there for TWENTY minutes. Terrible. I hope they get a strong talking to this isn’t appropriate
Worst service. Staff showing anger to customers claiming short of staff. Waited for 15 mins for a fast food. Literaly can see the order was ready but just reluctant staff who is dancing but not ready to put in bag and pass it to customer. I was the only walk in order at that time. When asked will it take long time she replied with worst ever attitude and murmured.
Cooking bacon for a Bacon Deluxe isn’t difficult, but this one was a total waste of money. I should have gone with my first choice, grilled. You’re only 3km away, yet it arrived cold and inedible.
