What an absolute shambles of a store. Dirty tables and floor. The toilets were attrocious with a large puddle on the floor of the women's toilets and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The service was appalling. Tried to do my order via the self service screen but was unable to due to it not wanting to load my cart. Two of the three screens did this before I gave up and went to the counter instead. It then took nearly twenty minutes to receive my meal in which my container of large fries was half empty and my grill masters burger looked like they'd thrown it in the box from the other side of the kitchen. The manager wasn't very professional in the way she conducted herself when I went to the counter with my complaint
Food was average. Wrong burger in order. Tenders size questionable. It’s too much to get what you ordered and paid for these days… 0IQ employment.
They didn't allow me to order in their drive thru at around 1am though it says 24 hrs. open. I'm their regular customer especially in ordering online in DoorDash were I'm one of their most buyer since 2023. Kind of disappointed for not considering my request to buy in their physical store since I was riding an escooter and a have been cold outside.
The wait time was excessively long, even though the place wasn't very busy. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in their phones than in attending to customers. The lack of attention and slow service really detracted from the overall experience. I hope they can improve their service in the future
Once a week I come in here and every week for last 2 months the toilet is out of order for cleaning EVERY TIME! Last time I actually was able to use it there was a huge puddle of flooded water over whole toilet in men’s. The food here is always cold, the staff always are more preoccupied talking amongst themselves or looking at their phones than serving the front desk…Very unprofessional.
