This is the worst Hungry Jacks I’ve ever been.nIt’s so dirty, seems like staff doesn’t really care about customers and cleanness of the space.nnSanitiser dispenser is empty.nnI’ll try to avoid coming here next time.
Disappointing customer service. I ordered a small Whopper Meal and a '3 nuggets and chips cup'. Upon inspection the cup didn't seem that full considering it was meant to be a medium portion. I asked the guy at the front I feel he was the manager and said the chips don't look that full. He glanced at it and said that was the medium portion. The guy then turned to me and said what did you want him to do. I said it didn't seem like a medium portion especially because it was the same as the small chips in the bag. A woman then chimed in and said that was a medium portion size. I have attached photos of what it looked like, as well a side by side of the portion size I was given left hand side and the small chips that came with my Whopper meal right hand side.nThe food was what you would expect and the store is literally only 5 days old so it is so disappointing that the customer service is so bad. They could have added a few more chips but they didn't care nor even acknowledged why I wasn't happy with my order. I left without a fuss or comment but when my daughter asked for chicken nuggets after school I went to the KFC next door. I hope they do better!
Service was passable, however got 2 biscoff storms, both were missing the biscoff butter and had a very light sprinkle of the biscoff bits. Got a biscoff storm at other Ellenbrook hungry jacks as we were curious if that’s how it was meant to be, and they gave a very generous serving. Definitely not worth what they’re serving at the price it is.
Was alone in drive through waiting to order for at least 6mins another car lined up behind me . Then a few mins later a car joined the empty lane and got served straight away. Maybe sensor's need fixing or staff need to pay attention to cameras when ppl are in drive through waiting.
Missed chicken burger in meal, stone cold and 1 hour to deliver. I ordered late at about 9.30 so totally understood if it took a bit longer but when it got to me and an item was missing not a hard order was just a hunger tamers meal nothing special or changed that was just terrible, seriously one job.
