Come in frequently and staff has always been lovely to me. Today came in around 2pm and witness a customer being difficult with the crew even making comments to one of the girls who clearly was new as she was having a difficult time trying to do his order. Though I applaud the manager for stepping in when he tried to boss the girl around to get his food. She instantly told the girl to go back to what she was doing and told the man to not tell her crew what to do and to pick on someone who isn’t a child. To which this man and his wife resorted into giving that manager a hard time. She stood her ground and still had a smile on her face during the encounter applaud these workers

I visited Hungry Jack’s tonight and had a great experience thanks to a staff member named Alana. She assisted me with a refund on a previous order and handled the whole process efficiently and professionally. Alana was friendly, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. It’s always great to see staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Well done, Alana — you’re a credit to the team!

When I came into this restaurant on Saturday, the commitment and kindness of this team were amazing. I didn't have to wait very long for the food, and the dining area was outstanding. Shoutout to Maddie, who completely made an impeccable difference to my day. I was very grateful for her, as she was incredibly kind and supportive. Amazing restaurant. Definitely recommend.

this place was feral... from the floors to the tables everything was disgusting. the only thing i would say was half appealing was the sweet boy making burgers. I had the jacks fried chicken and my wife flynn dandie had the whopper, these burgers were delicious but the drinks were horrid... white goo in my milkshake and flynns coke tasted like metal. this experience was not that good for the best burger joint in australia, hungry jacks

We visited Hungry Jack’s Edwardstown on 4 April 2026 at 8:15, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were amazing—especially the girls, who were incredibly patient with the kids even when we changed our order. Super friendly, welcoming, and lovely throughout. Highly recommend!
