Mistakes happen but it’s how your respond that really matter. I went through the drive thru and got two burger meals. We got parked up which was fine, as it meant fresh chicken. Whilst waiting I noticed a minor error too small to go back and mention but when the chicken burger was brought out; they also corrected the mistake. Very impressive, thanks. The chips were great. The new Grill Master Special Angus burger was tasty and if I’m being picky a smidge too much pepper sauce because it leaked out all over me. Overall, I loved the service and the food was yummy.
Silly me. I thought the first 2 times we ordered from this store that it was just an accident or oversight. I understand that the staff are possibly on autopilot however, when someone orders a burger with no onions and the staff member repeats your order with no onions, you have a reasonable expectation of no onions. I can't eat onion. It makes me sick. If you have a food intolerance or dietary requirements - don't go to this store. They just don't give a @#$&.
I was disappointed with the service I received. I initially thought my order was missing, as I wasn’t aware that the machine had failed to process it. When I went to pick up my order and noticed it was missing, I approached the staff to clarify the situation. I wasn’t upset, just seeking some understanding, as I wasn’t aware of what had happened. Eventually, the manager stepped in but seemed to dismiss my concern, handing me the receipt in a way that suggested I should already know what had occurred. Her attitude, and the way she presented the situation, left much to be desired, and it reflected poorly on the rest of the staff as well. I understand the challenges that come with busy nights, but it’s important to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. My only intention was to understand the issue, and I don’t think it should have required such an effort to get clear communication.
Food pretty standard - chips were stone cold. Burger tasted good. Issue with drive through speaker - have to repeat yourself numerous times.
Don't get me wrong Hungry Jack's is better Food and better value than Maccers BUT yesterday I was given the wrong order. WHEN the next meal was made they didn't call us and it was left on the counter. We where made to feel it was our fault.
