We ordered here and were sent our food and arrived with the drinks all covered in coke and the pics show you the quality of the food.nnI called the store to ask to be resent, and the manager was SO unhelpful and told us nothing he could do.nnWe even missed one whole meal of this.... Would you like a picture of this i the bin to confirmnn$99.90. What a joke!nnSo 3 staff now with no lunch or shall we reorder again.... I don't think so

I come to this Hungry Jack’s quite often because it’s close to my home. The food is usually fine, but I need to mention something unpleasant. The hand soap in the restroom smells really bad. After washing my hands, the strong smell stayed on my skin and honestly made it hard to enjoy my meal. I hope this can be checked and improved.
Update 7-6-2024nSloppily made burgers. Fast food does not have to be poorly made. Duty Manager appeared to be working hard with a lot of very young staff. She picked up errors in the drink order and corrected it. Unfortunately, you could tell she didn't have the cattle necessary for a busy friday night. The burgers were still fresh and tasty.nThe meal took a long time to be ready, but was still okay. All the staff were pleasant and trying hard.nnUpdate 12-2-2023nTried the new grilled chicken Carolina burger. Flavours nice with a little spice, not too hot. Burger was not neatly made. See photos. Whopper version of Carolina had by others who said it was nice. Perhaps it would help keep the burgers together in one piece if they didn't pack burgers in bags on their sides but flat. Also only received 1 straw for two drinks ordered. Caramel iced coffee watery/weak could have used much more caramel. Despite busy lunch rush, service was relatively quick staff polite.nnPrevious comments June 2022nTypical Hungry Jacks. Reasonable polite service. Horrifying dine in experience, the place was totally filled with trash, bins were over flowing and the toilets were worse than those in 3rd world countries . Whopper was arrived with tomatoes falling out and a chunk of the patty separated from the main. I understand this is fast food but this store is so far from the standards of other outlets. If this is the standard of the things customers can see, I dread to think of the standards in the kitchen.
