Only giving this a one star because no stars isn’t an option. We arrived at hungry jacks at 9:30pm on the 4/05. The sliding doors were shut so we had to give our orders through the after hours walk up window. We were NOT greeted kindly, the man that came to the window seemed very hostile and refused to take more than one order. He then locked the window and walked away. A younger girl came to the window and was only allowed to take 2 more orders before being yelled at to stop. We have waited over 10 minutes for one bbq cheeseburger, and over 30 minutes to order a kitkat storm that had to be done via a phone call. This is absurd and the customer service we received was well below acceptable. Claremont Hungry Jacks needs to fix this.
On 13 April we waited 1.5hours and paid $40 for 2 cold whoppers and 2 cold chips to be delivered 10 minutes down the road. Menulog could only offer a $20 voucher as consolation. There is something seriously wrong with how this franchise is being managed as we have experienced issues every time we go here. You know you have high demand - sort it out and you won’t have to turn people away.
Staff consisting of young people are always working flat out and seldom seem appreciated. Toilet was not clean but can you blame staff for patrons aiming weakness. Apparently someone took my order and replacement had to be made. Meal was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise.
Harsh and not polite.the man was harsh and the same food i ordered wasn't even close what i order at other hungry jack branch.and the place was so dirty and not cleaned.
Paid for my order. Waited 20 minutes for an oreo storm. Asked where my order was. They refused service to me. Literally just standing there. Refused a refund or my order and bumped my order on the screen. Everyone ignored me. Used to work here and was treated so much better. Every time i go in something like this happens to me, their reasoning is that ‘i used to work here’? like what terrible service.
