I ordered drinks with no ice and went back to counter 2 times and got the attitude of. It’s just an ice cube and I am not putting my finger into your drink!!! This is what I called 5 star customer service! As you can see in the photo there was ice cube and black dirt inside the cup.
This is a very clean and efficient Hungry Jacks. We ordered takeaway via the self service kiosks and the process was simple and effective. Looking around, the tables were clean and the seating areas free from rubbish and grime. We visited on a busy Saturday evening and found it difficult to get a car park. Many of the spaces seemed to be taken-uo by Uber drivers and the like who were collecting orders. This was frustrating. Once we ordered, our meals were prepared quickly and accurately. The burgers were really well assembled a big plus compared to the slopped-together burgers at Macca's, hot and tasty. Likewise, chips were hot and really well seasoned.
I’m really disappointed with Hungry Jack’s lately. Every single time I order, the food arrives cold — not just slightly warm, but completely cold. It’s becoming a consistent issue, and it ruins the whole meal. For the price we pay, the least we expect is fresh, hot food. I hope they fix this soon because it’s honestly frustrating.
This place is a disgrace,.consistently rubbish, do yourself a favour, maccas is only 2 mins up the road , kfc only about 5 the other way. Avoid this joke of a place. Check out the photo of my so called Whopper Junior cropping doesnt quite do it justice, no onion , hardly any lettuce, whoever made this obviously treats us as customers with disdain .
I ordered a Junior Whopper with added bacon and spicy sauce around 12:30 PM on Saturday, February 8th. Even before taking a bite, I was already upset. The fries were scattered all over the inside of the bag, the burger wrapper had holes in it, and the sauce was leaking out. What the hell.nnThe bacon wasn’t even cooked properly—it was just thrown in. The sauce wasn’t inside the burger but smeared all over the side in a messy way.nnI assume they initially missed my extra requests and only realized it later, then just shoved in the sauce carelessly. But the worst part? They didn’t even bother cooking the bacon properly. Who made this?nnMaybe it was the short girl working at the counter—I don’t know if it was her, but this was a seriously awful experience. I need immediate action on this. I’m officially requesting a refund.
