Night staff tonight was shift.. I’m working here for a week . And this guy with no name or badge tryna have a beef with me for no reason… Highly recommend to hire people who actually know what they doing…
Placed an order at 2.00pm today. Went to pay by card & they tried to charge me for another meal, not my choice. I tried to correct the girl, but she wouldn't listen & charged me anyway. I moved to pickup window, only to get another order shoved in my hands, not my choice. I corrected the girl & returned the meal given to me. Next I was shoved my meal into my hand, they were dropping items, burger was cold & thrown together. NO APOLOGY given. DEPLORABLE BEHAVIOUR. TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY!
I was ordering coffees and ordered one incorrectly via the app. The staff were so helpful and patient, and fixed up the order for me free of charge. I have found consistently that the staff are really helpful and accommodating at HJs.
A communal eatery with a pleasurable atmosphere, top notch dishes and delicacies. Would highly recommend having any fancy party's and dinners at this delightful establishment.nnkinda slow ngl
They should put managers that know what they are doingnAlthough they put you a manager they should also teach them respect and good customer service.nJust course they are managers doesn't mean he knows everything.nHe also blocks drives ie uber or door dash with not knowing if the delivery was delivered.nHe can't assume this has happened or maybe he doesn't like the way the driver looksnGod knows how many drivers he has blocked.nIs there anyone higher then him that can talk to him or are you running a childcare not a fast food.
