I haven’t had a hungry Jack’s burger in probably a year… Thought I would treat myself… after waiting in the waiting bay..nI was lucky enough to get not one, but two ends of the tomato, and my cappuccino just had froth with no chocolate..the burger didn’t have the flame grilled lines on it either. Now I know why I don’t pay $15 for a burger at hungry Jacks.nThe manager said I’m sorry about that, and when I ask for a replacement she just said that’s how they come out of the machine/flame griller
When this place first opened it was bad. I waited a couple of weeks, give them a chance to settle in, tried it again, and then wrote a bad review as it was not good on a couple of visits.nnSince then I gave them a few more chances and have noticed lately there has been some older Indian staff who seem to be managing the place the food has improved greatly. The customer service is a bit average but hey it's fast food. Most importantly the consistency, accuracy and quality is 10/10nnI only order from this location in store. I am not sure if it has been fixed but I went through the drive thru a few times and the speaker and service was abysmal, the speaker was cracking and very poor quality and the person on the other end had no idea what I was ordering and I had to keep repeating myself. I hope this has been fixed but if it hasn't please do so. I'd rather just walk inside and avoid it. Overall the IN STORE experience is 10/10. Drive thru 0/10 maybe it's been fixed. Thank you.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Hungry Jack's. I ordered just 3 small coffees and after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru, I was told to stay in the waiting bay. What’s the point of a drive-thru if it takes 15 minutes to get just 3 coffees? It’s frustrating when you’re in a hurry and expect quicker service. I hope they can improve this in the future.
I would normally rate HJ's a healthy 5/5 just for the taste of these burgers. Today I decided on a delivery, instead of a pick up option from the app.nnI ordered the Family Bundle Large Order number - 3150-97129-7627. This included 2 Whoppers, 2 Chicken Royales, 4X large Chips, Chicken nuggets 10 Pack and 4 Large cokes.nnUnfortunately when the driver Menulog handed me just the one big bag it didn't feel as heavy as I thought. That's when I opened the bad and found only the 4 large cokes. Turned around and he disappeared fast.nnI made calls to Hungry Jacks - The manager, very politely said that once the order left the store they had little to do with the order. He did however told me how to contact Menulog.nnI phoned Menulog who said they can offer a refund of around $36 from the total spent - $62.90. 5.95 Delivery.nnSo take into factor the large cokes were about $20, and I guess every though it was a partial delivery, I'm paying for full delivery.nI just spent $26 for 4 Large Cokes.nnMy advice is that it's better collecting this delicious food rather than ever paying for delivery again. You can check what you received more thoroughly.
The customer representative sakina has no idea how to behave as a customer representative she doesn’t greet you doesn’t speak a work she lets you assume what to do next if you need to pay or scan the bar code and then she also decides to winge about it with rest of the staff if you complain about it
