Without doubt this was the best fast food experience we've ever had. The food .. service.. cleanliness and atmosphere inside the restaurant was absolutely incredible. Freshest ingredient burgers you could want real barista quality hot coffee and fries with just the right amount of saltiness and crisp you dream about. Highly recommended outlet. So good we went back following day and the experience was no fluke.
So slow like a snail. Been waiting for nearly an hour in the car and my sister is biting me now and she’s turning into a witch. Step up guys very slow service.
Much improved since I was here last year. Today's meal was enjoyable, no errors with the order; the staff seemed to know what they were doing and they were quick and polite today. Staff must be getting better training now.
Was there at approx 11:30 today and I was waiting at the speaker box for a few minutes with no sound so I thought maybe it wasn’t working and went through to the other window. I was met with a blonde teenager who was incredibly rude with her tone. I asked if the speaker box was working to let them know in case it wasn’t as I work in fast food and would appreciate it if someone told me when the lane wasn’t working. I wasn’t rude by my standards but the girl had a very rude tone saying “yeah well there’s only one person in drive through” which whilst is difficult, is not something to tell about and storm off after she asked me what I wanted. The other girl Sophie seemed sweet and wished me a good day. I hope that girl takes a chill pill and realised that I was just trying to help.
The nature strip outside the premises would have to be the most unsightly and dirty in town - due to it alone, who would eat here?nThe burgers: the pictures of burgers on display are huge, the ones dished up are really quite pathetic sad saladless little things!nThe chips: if a fish and chip shop gave a quantity as small as Hungry Jacks 'medium' chips, it would probably be called 'half a small' chips!
