Pros: Despite of some reviews, Wed Lunch time front staffs were kindly good and store has many power sources + clean tables.nCons: air-conditioner has broken?hot atmosphere and small toilet.nnBut at least 4.5 stars overall, compared to nearby hungry jacks.
Perfect spot for a quick burger fix on a busy day! What's impressive is that they don't compromise on quality - their burgers feature thick, juicy Angus beef.nHighly recommend trying the Grill Master Cowboy Angus
I ordered a simple sticky date pudding before training , didn’t think it would take more than 5 minutes right?I wait ten minutes and no one has even started on making my order . I try asking the staff about it but they just ignore me. So I left the restaurant without my food and still missed training.
After receiving the wrong order through drive through, walked in and politely stated the order was wrong. The girl snatched it out of my hand, proceeded to throw my burger together, throw the burger box onto the bench, throw the chips in the bag and hands it back to me, without saying one word. I stood there in amazement.nnWatching the staff today while I was waiting they all need an attitude check.nnI tried to lodge a ‘feedback’ statement on the hungry jacks website, after it failing 5 times due to a website issue I was forced to leave it on here which I was trying to avoid.nnI was in 09-11-24 - 2:08pm
Got 3 coke and 1 diet coke asked nicely what one was diet and got so much attitude back and got told to smell it and basically it wasn’t her problem We parked tried to figure it out by smelling it and obviously could not, ended up getting the diet coke but not without a lot of sass, worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced I feel so bad for regular customers won’t ever come back that’s for sure.
