Ordered Bourbon fried chicken burger and it didn’t have onion rings in it :
I double checked that the fries were cooked separately from meat, & vegan. I've been to over 6 branches of Hungry Jack's, & they all put salt on fries. 1st time here, & I could taste the chicken flavor on fries. Got an apology from the Asian girl who didn't make the mistake. No apology except blame shifting from the one who made the mistake. Disgusting.
I called in at Hungry Jacks this morning. The service was slow and poor and the ladies toilet was disgusting. The toilet was blocked with faeces everywhere. The hot tap had been left running and toilet paper was all over the floor and in the toilet. I have never ever experienced such a filthy toilet in my life.nWhen I reported this to the staff female I was met with disinterest.nYou must do better Hungry Jacks. Hygiene in an eating place can not be like this.
The new tropical burger is the most amazing thing ever! I usually like macdonalds but they are slowly going down the drain in terms of service and remembering my order, this tropical burger looked exactly like it did on the ad and was flawless, will be going back soon, see your there!
Kind of unhappy with the experience. I ordered using the kiosk and ordered Fanta frozen mango drink. During the collection, I was told only raspberry and apple flavour is available! I didn't like either, so had to pay extra for a coke.nnThe kiosk should have disabled the ability to order or they should have refunded me!
