Not even worth one star. Bloody rude service and the burger was not the best had one big slice of tomato in it wich was soggy. Bit of joke really. They definitely need to lift their standards.
We known the food advertised on TV is over stated but the Chicken Tenders are rediculous, overcooked,undersized and no dip as advertised, very disappointing
This hungry jacks was pretty quiet inside the restaurant but there drive through was busy.nI ordered a bacon deluxe, it was nice I would of give. 5 stars if the beef was hotter so the cheese melted and it had more lettuce,it Was pretty much one of the best burgers iv had from hungry jacks :-nI tried a chicken nugget they wheee soft and juicy inside. Quiet nice
I went to hungry jacks today to get a nice ice cream for the day. This what I found in my Oreo storm. A piece of plastic the size of 10 cent and 6cm length of rubber. I was quite disappointed in the service. I went in there after and they continued to serve ice cream, without checking their OBVIOUSLY BROKEN ICE CREAM MACHINE. I don’t need a refund, I just want service to be half decent. They are just lucky an adult found this, instead of a child that could easily choke on it.
At 10 pm I ordered long black coffee via their kiosk and end up getting a fudeg iced coffee. The staff said that they dont serve hot coffee anymore during that time. The kioks should indicate that it’s not available for hours that they are not serving hot drinks.
