Not even worth one star. Bloody rude service and the burger was not the best had one big slice of tomato in it wich was soggy. Bit of joke really. They definitely need to lift their standards.
This hungry jacks was pretty quiet inside the restaurant but there drive through was busy.nI ordered a bacon deluxe, it was nice I would of give. 5 stars if the beef was hotter so the cheese melted and it had more lettuce,it Was pretty much one of the best burgers iv had from hungry jacks :-nI tried a chicken nugget they wheee soft and juicy inside. Quiet nice
At 10 pm I ordered long black coffee via their kiosk and end up getting a fudeg iced coffee. The staff said that they dont serve hot coffee anymore during that time. The kioks should indicate that it’s not available for hours that they are not serving hot drinks.
I would not give this place one star but that’s the only option. We got our food and the manager just pushed the food into my partner’s hand. He said nothing and walked away. I will post photos of the so called food. I don’t eat it and here is why. I recommend no food here. I know it’s horrible food but those photos I posted show something not right happening at that Hungry Jacks.
- They need to update their menu, in the last 2 years, half of the menu has not even been available or have had the wrong price listed.n- Their burgers are all the same small size in diameter, costing on average $15 alone, each with 'half' of the ingredients added compared to the advertisements.n- They do not have the barrister section working probably, taste the same as before it was refurbished, and will serve burnt flavoured water instead.n- 3/10 times will get the order rightn- The deals are good, most likely a gimmick to grab because a $3 burger is better sounding than paying $12 for the same item.n- They're stopped selling ' kids meals ', I do not know how temporary this is but It's been five times in a row this year where they just give you a burger and chips in a paper bag.
