Wow, wow.nnMains; the four of us had the mortan bay bug pappadelle. Very generous size serve, we all struggled to eat it. Very generous amount of bug meat in it. Very delicious.nnPortnstar martini cocktail was not on the menu but they accommodated me and made it. Absolutely delicious, strong flavournnGood night out..

Having been to Carosello, I’m glad to say that their sister restaurant Hugo offers the same variety and quality.nWe ordered their Calamari Fritti, Arancini, Pappardelle with Moreton Bay Bugs, Quattro Formaggi, Margherita and their delicious Crème Brûlée.
When we arrived, took a while to get seated as waiters/ waitresses walked pass without acknowledging us.nService was efficient but too business like.nFood came quickly n was delicious. The flavors are well balanced.nDessert was creme brulee superb! n canoneli.
