Hughes Baptist Church is a community of followers of Jesus, seeking to share the life changing love of Jesus in Australia's Capital.
Our vision is to be a dynamic, Christ-centred community, sharing Jesus’ life changing power. We hope you will feel welcome amongst us and feel able to join this little part of the family of believers who share this vision, so that we may encourage each other along the journey of life and faith here in Canberra, here on the South Side.
We have two gatherings every Sunday. Our Morning Service meets from 9:30am with morning tea to follow and our Evening Service meets from 6:00pm with dinner to follow.
We hope to see you at one of our Sunday services and we’d love to get to know you better, connect you in and help integrate you as a part of the community.

As a community this is what we seek to do in all things and we hope that Jesus, our Lord and Savior, is reflected above all else in our services, ministries and relationships as we seek to be God’s people here in Canberra. In this way we can reflect the amazing grace, peace, generosity, justice and love of God to each other and our wider community.
