Requested a tax invoice for a part I purchased from them and they are not sending it to me. Have taken legal action against them and will be proceeding further. Worst wrecker to deal with. Save yourself the headache and deal with other trust worthy and experienced wreckers in the area. They are not professional and worst customer servicing. They don’t even know what they are selling.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Huge Auto Wreckers.nnI purchased an Audi TT part from them, but they sent me the wrong item. Since then, I have spent the last three months trying to get the issue resolved. Despite numerous calls and attempts to contact them, my concerns have largely been ignored. I spent over $500 for the parts and shipping and now they are not taking any responsibility.nnWhat made the experience even worse was the way I was treated over the phone. Instead of helping resolve the problem, I was spoken to in an unprofessional manner and sworn at. As a customer, I found this completely unacceptable.nnThree months is more than enough time to correct a simple mistake, yet I am still left without a resolution. Customer service appears to be non-existent once they have your money.nnBased on my experience, I would not recommend Huge Auto Wreckers to anyone. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect prompt communication, professional treatment, or a reasonable effort to fix the problem. I regret purchasing from this business and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Awsome services Robby was so helpful in getting my partsnGreat service nCheers jon
Extremely helpful, went over and beyond to help me, offered advice on how best to tackle my issues and how best to save money without compromising reliability. Took my calls each and every time no matter how irrelevant my question may have been and assisted in getting back on the road both quickly and reliably at a fraction of the cost. Great guys would not hesitate in recommending them. Do yourself a favout contact Robbie and the boys at HAW!!!
Dishonest pricing and poor communication - avoid.nHard to get a straight answer via text, so you’re forced to call. Even then, after confirming prices and parts over the phone, they tried to double the cost when we showed up went from $100 total to $100 each. Classic bait-and-switch. Total waste of time. If you deal with them, document everything in writing - but wouldn’t trust them at all. FYI, brand new OEM parts were $40 each online
