Ordered 2 large soy lattes for take away received 2 lattes with full cream milk, was already driving away can't be bothered going back. Can't taste the coffee, not sure how many shots of coffee for large, but it's not enough as it tasted just like milk with a bit of coffee in it.

Vibes were unfriendly here and the frittata and spinach cheese roll is gross. Went to correct the error made by staff on my order, and the blonde hair lady there just stared me down when I politely asked them to fix it! Smile mate! You're in customer service!

This hospital cafe is dark and depressing. When u order cappacinnos they come as flat whites time and time again. Literally zero frooth. A small coffee is virtually tiny in size and high priced. Yes yes, we all know hospital places are sub standard but these places are not owned by hospital so the standard is shocking.Food: 1/5

Ok! I’m totally going to change my review! Giving them 5 star! First I’m in-love with their new drink! Gingerbread frappe! My everyday mood booster! Then the lady suggested I give them review from their website! Nothing could please me but a good free coffee! I lurrrrrve it

Very unhelpful and rude. When we discovered that my 93 year old mother couldn’t lift coffee cup safely when asked for paper cup refused as cost $2 never again avoid at all costs

Great atmosphere. Amazing food. I had a bacon and egg muffin and a mushroom and chicken filo. An both were very tasty. Would recommend anyone to go here, even tho I feel it's a little pricey like any cafe, it's well worth the money spent, $6.50 for muffin and $8.50 for filo. I'll be going back to try out the coffee. This time I was in a bit of a rush.

This cafe in Norwest makes such delicious food, especially their pastry beef rolls are to die for! I had to stay at Norwest Private Hospital and me and my husband were getting food from this cafe everyday because it was so good.

I went and bought a cheese toasty and was very dry and hard to bite into. The worst toast i have had.

Been getting lunch and coffee there. Always friendly and pronto service. Enjoy their ice latte. No dinning table anymore due to Covid-19.

I enjoyed a Dirty Latte, a spicey hot drink. I recommend you try it. Lots of sitting area and a fine display of cakes but having come from a visit to a Hepatologist I couldnt test and taste the wares.
