No wonder they got 2 stars only. The options and varieties are few. Especially with no halal options at all. Almost every lunch option has ham. Finally, I found Mediterranean Ciabatta please see image. The first half of the sandwich has few pieces of zucchini, capsicum and lettuce, while the second half please check photo have lettuce and a tiny piece of capsicum. After negotiations that I payed for something that wasn’t delivered, the lady there offered to prepare another sandwich and she said that she hasn’t anything to do with this as it’s the kitchen job to prepare sandwiches. The second sandwich which you can see has zucchini and capsicum, has a tiny piece of feta cheese. I will leave the judgment to you after you see the images attached.
Worst coffees ever. Burnt beyond belief. Actually, the worst coffee I have ever had. A shame for the tail end end of a foodie adventure. Watching the barista, I note that she didn’t wipe the underside of the group head full of coffee grind that connects with the machine. A quick push of the water button doesn’t cut it. The burnt grind from each cup continues to flavour the next. You must wipe this part of the machine down between each and every coffee to avoid the burnt flavour! Cleaning down this part of the machine is not a close of business only task. Also, the group head needs a full rinse to clear any used coffee grind. Grind between the cups must be fully discarded. I have gone into great instructional detail in the interests of future outbound travellers not having the same experience as us. Being weary from a road trip, a well-made coffee would have been most appreciated late afternoon after a 10am check out this morning. All good intent but failed on execution. The star is for the great view of the planes. I was too embarrassed to return my coffee and discarded it as I didn’t want to embarrass her, my role being consumer, not a Hudson’s trainer. it shouldn’t close until 9 pm as per Google review, but at around 6 pm on a Friday, the young female shop attendant was sitting inside and eating, but refused to provide services and said it’s closed. So terrible, don’t know why her boss should keep her Btw, it’s a Hudsons counter in departure lounge near check-in areas instead of the one inside
Ordered 2 Belgian hoy chocolates in size tall with marshmallow through their online portal. What I got was not any of those . It was standard size, no marshmallow and not Belgian Chocolate ‍‍‍. And the worst is hot chocolate was not hot and tasted like garbage .

$12 toasted sandwich I received is about a third of the size of the ones on display. Not nice either.
Amazing service! Some lovely blonde ladies with excellent customer service lovely coffee. I was having a mental breakdown while ordering as I was informed my dad had just had a aneurism - and the came over and we’re very supportive whilst still managing the other customers in an orderly manner. Perfect chocolate brownie! Will return after my flight back from dads funeral.
