Hudaks Bakery

Another lovely family breakfast on fifteenth Avenue. The cakes were so tempting too, but struggle to fit them in the car for the ride home.

Fantastic breakfast this morning topped off with service that was warm and friendly. Second to none. Great coffee and atmosphere, the lady serving us even suggested two separate glasses when my wife wanted a milkshake to share. An absolute first. Thank you. We will be back.

Not the hudaks bakery I remember when I was last in Mildura many years ago. not much selection. Very very average pies. Vanilla slice was nice though.

Pretty lack luster, don't go there for your hot pastries. Not much of a selection, actually very weak for a "bakery" and their pies aren't that crash hot.

We heard about this place from other people and the breakfast doesn’t disappoint. Great value for money. Food tastes amazing! We ordered the pancakes and big breakfast, which were decent servings and looked awesome. Worth a try if you’re like us and visiting from Melbourne.

A big shout out to Carolyn. After a visit to Hudaks Bakery in the early afternoon on our drive from Adelaide to Sydney I inadvertently left my beautiful new comfy cushion in the bakery. I only realised it was there late that evening so called the next day. Carolyn offered to post it to me in Sydney which she did and it arrived promptly and carefully wrapped. How about that for amazing service and country hospitality. Not only that, but the food, coffee and service in the bakery were first rate so Hudaks is definitely on my must stop destinations whenever I'm in Mildura. Thank you so much Carolyn.

Twice in the last month my breakfast and coffee order has been completely forgotten. The coffee can either be brilliant or undrinkable. The toasting sometimes verges on cremated. I've given this place too many chances so won't be returning which is sad because the cakes are pretty good

Very disappointing that just a short time ago at the store in Mildura plaza my husband was asked for proof of vaccination. Upon producing a paper copy from his GP,he was told this was not acceptable proof. Maybe the staff and management need to read the Vic Gov Website a little better as it clearly states that this is an acceptable form of proof. Safe to say the pie got left behind and my husband went hungry.

Update :: a must visit. The local icon Hudaks bakery has become a weekly must do visit for me, even Master 4 grandson calls it our little bakery. Breakfast to lunch a great variety of foods are on offer.The coffee is absolutely fabulous smooth and creamy and my favourite bites are the savoury muffin I highly recommend trying one warmed with butter or thier fresh mixed sandwiches. Followed up by sun muscat slice or the best eclairs have ever eaten. The staff are truly wonderful and offer great service. With inside or outside seating and amenities available at the 15th Street store or a great stop to rest your feet and a bite to eat at the Central Plaza while shopping. 10/10
