Chloe did a brilliant job with my hair up for a wedding. I was sceptical that my hair would hold for the entire day/night due to it being so humid but it did. The staff are friendly and even gave us a glass of wine.
Had a great style and cut from your third year apprentice this afternoon. Friendly, personable, and a total superstar answering phones, booking clients and handling walk-ins all whilst looking after me... I guess the senior stylist was too busy to lend a hand. I'm a moody muso, so I'm really picky about my hair, but she totally nailed the brief. Will definitely come back if I ever find myself in Port Douglas again. Solid work, team!
I booked an appointment with the previous salon several months in advance to get my hair and makeup done for a wedding. Unfortunately I didn’t know that they had since moved to Cairns and when I saw the team on Saturday afternoon and realised didn’t have an appointment scheduled I was maybe freaking out a for a sec. The staff was super friendly and understanding and stayed back to do up my hair in braids and curls with a lace weaved in. Thank you so much for making my hair look stunning. :
Wow Crystal's Men's haircuts are on point She really know's what hair styles suit people. Very happy with my fresh fade, shame she isn't in Melbourne as people would be lining up out the door. Very friendly from start to finish, highly recommend.

Here is someone who combines professionalism with enthusiasm and goes to extraordinary lengths to get you the style that best suits you. Jane is also very courteous and conscientious. Had an absolutely fantastic experience today with shakira idk how to spell her name! She was very thoroughly, asking me exactly what i wanted to give me a beautiful cut to suit my lifestyle. I highly recommend! Not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for...top quality results!
I got a lovely wash and blow out from Shakera. She made my hair look natural and voluminous. She also educated me on how to take better care of my hair which I appreciated. I’m happy and I would definitely go back.
My husband had a haircut today with Shikera & it was the best cut he’s ever had. Shikera asked lots of questions in the consultation about his hair & explained what she was doing all the way to the product being applied - the scalp massage was amazing
