I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews. My experience at Bondi Junction HSBC have been all positive; Staffs are helpful and polite, and I never have to wait long for services.

Agreed with everyone else, don't come here,  the WORST customer service, staff here are extremely rude, they treat customers like they are superior than you. Honestly, HSBC doesn't want anyone's business, go somewhere else. you will be doing yourself a huge favor.

The bank is temporarily  closed due to maintenance  work going on. Avoid coming to bank.

Awful experience. Shocking to think this sort of attitude is on display immediately after the Royal Commission. Extremely rude when I asked about the account opening process. It’s almost as if they didn’t want any business. My experience with the call centre staff was very different and positive.

Very ridiculous ,worse than other bank obviously.They would give you a had time.

Terrible service, their attitude was very much ‘go elsewhere’ because they couldn’t be bothered to fill out any paperwork

Absolutly useless!!!!
