Xtreme Screen Booked Online  Nice Experience

Took my mother to watch a movie.  1 adult and 1 senior. Was refused a seniors ticket because we were not a hoyts reward loyalty card member.  What a load of rubbish. My mother showed her pension card and still refused.

Ok so wearing masks at the cinema isn't that great but it's a great place to escape and enjoy the latest movies on the big screen. Food court nearby is handy either before or after the movie. Parking near the top floor.

Almost choked to death whilst watching The Croods on a bit of paper that dislodged from the straw. A very pleasurable experience, silently trying to dislodge a foreign object from my throat in pitch darkness. I would have died alone. Maybe it would be good riddance but I wasn't watching Music.

Staff were dismissive. Talked amongst themselves while we waited for their assistance. Cinema wasn't clean. Toilets were worse. We usually have a great experience here.

Booked a week in advance for our tickets to find that the session wasn't on as scheduled. No notification, no apology. And they wonder why people don't go to the cinemas anymore

I often come to this cinema is one of my favourite cinemas I love the reclines chairs, the cinemas room are  always clean and modern... They always have good selections of movies too and there candy shop is amazing! I highly recommend this cinema!
