It is rare that we go to a movie theatre nowadays, so when we do go it is a treat, and to see a movie that the home theatre system won't do justice to. The theatre itself had comfortable reclining seats and the video/audio quality great. What let you down was the popcorn... that overpriced popcorn was not popped that day. Despite thinking we'd be clever and grab boxes from the back of the heated enclosure, both of ours was stale.
New re vamp is excellent! Disappointed There wasn’t any signage or posters for kids to pose with for the Mario movie ! Also gift cards in Australia aren’t meant to expire anymore but they wouldn’t let me use mine ! Disappointed as it’s an expensive and a luxury to go to the movies these days. Comfy and clean cinema and worth it !
Way cheaper compared to event, pay the ten bucks for the year membership and get 15% off and have recliner seats as well in all the cinemas. For eg for three people it cost us 37 dollars compared to 70 dollars at event movies to see a kids movie. 10/10
A really bad experience - rude staff and very loud in the cinema. Not the normal volume you would expect within a cinema. I asked them to kindly turn it down as we were the only ones in the cinema, and they turned it up even louder as a joke. I was told the manager sorted it but he turned it louder. My little 3 year old was in tears. No one apologised and they were so rude when I asked them to turn it down again, in which they of course didn’t. At one point it went down, then went up again. Crazy! We were so upset as that was our first time going to the cinema as a family and it had been seven years since I had visited a cinema as I couldn’t afford it. I couldn’t believe the manager named, Wayne, turned it up and didn’t even apologise or see if everything was okay. The male staff member who also was collecting tickets that day was very rude to me. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience and yelled at me when I took a photo of my daughter in the cinema!
The best seats ever, as good as gold class. The prices are good for seniors. So no complaints here just compliments. Thank you.
Great place to watch movies and eat snacks.
My fave cinema in all of Brisbane. It's not an overly big cinema but it offers all ya need to watch a movie, comfy electric reclining seats, great image quality and amazing sound quality, great food options, friendly staff
I’m not going to sugar coat it but first time there and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I’m not the one to complain but guys I went last night and that pizza was as tasty as cardboard and it was so hot I was sweating like I was in a sauna which made for a uncomfortable cinema experience, I had to walk out a couple of times just to just feel the cold. Every time I tried to find someone no one was around.
It's a good cinema with comfortable seating and plenty of parking.
Love the cosyness great space, recliner chairs make the movie experience awesome and enjoyable. Just like being at home but with a bigger screen and great sound system. A+++
