Takes money out of your ACC without any confirmation or invoice !! Now no contact of the people how bad is this they take your money and now they don't want to contact...

It has been impossible trying to get in contact with a customer service representative after submitting numerous enquiries

No phone service at all, must enquire by email ,we’ll that’s great when you don’t have a computer

You really need some cleaners guys who do a good job -great seats at the city cinema but Hell when it comes to Hygiene and clenaing property!

The trouble with watching a movie in George Street is that you get a lot of people from the outer suburbs of Sydney and a lot of overseas tourists in the crowd. People who - maybe culturally or whatever - aren't used to keeping quiet during the movie and who don't turn their mobile phones off. The end result being they spoil the movie for everyone else. Do yourself a favour and go to the Cremorne Orpheum or somewhere like that, the next time you're going to the movies. At least audiences there understand cinema etiquette.

Had a Hoyts Rewards account for years now, decided last November that I was going to sign up to Hoyts Silver for $10. Well fast forward to November 2017, my account magically deletes itself from the Hoyts server and I can no longer access any of my Hoyts credit nor can I book tickets through that account. I contacted Hoyts customer service and they were extremely and totally useless and they have now stopped responding to my emails after I provided concrete evidence showing my account is real and I've been using it the past year. REALLY DISAPPOINTING considering I have ALWAYS recommended Hoyts over Event Cinemas due to their upstanding customer relations and excellent cinema quality but not anymore. I will no longer support you guys the way I did before and will instead recommend people to visit Event Cinemas, at least their servers don't magically delete accounts with over $16 in Hoyts credit available on it.

Not good to hard to ask your questiom

Would be nice to be able to speak to someone for a simple question which would allow me to go to hoyts to see a movie but no can't do that so I will be going to a non hoyts cinema to see my movie

I cannot type a movie name in search for it to at least cover the week of ALL movies and have new releases also everyday for a week. A search tells you nothing so you repeat the whole procedure on a different movie but nothing. Disappointed hoyts.
