Went in early this afternoon to purchase a couple of items. Found the first and went to the counter to seek assistance, stood at the counter for 5 minutes while being ignored by staff. One staff member was restocking shelves, the othrer staff member was wondering around, she saw me at the counter, served another customer standing next to me then walked away. I just put the item back. I bought what I needed elsewhere.
I was here evening of 2020-03-12 and a very helpful and friendly lady helped me with my return and purchases. She was very knowledgeable about the range in store, as well as having personal experience with products from the same brand. Altogether a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this location and their team.
Would have loved to purchase an item but couldn't get any staff to serve me. Very disappointing
