Beef ribs and brisket would be what I'd come back for. I personally also really liked their mac and cheese. Juicy and well smoked meat. Delicious on their own without needing to be drenched in sauce! Smoked meats only available Fridays and Saturdays. Burgers only every other day.
Amazing Houston style BBQ in the middle of an industrial area.nnWe ordered the pork ribs and the platter for 2 which included brisket, kransky, chicken wing and pulled pork. Loved that the food is served hot so we got to enjoy the BBQ at its best. The meats were well cooked, soft, juicy and smoky - everything you want from a good BBQ. The chips were well seasoned and the sauce was really on point.nnLimited seating available. Come early as lots of items get sold out.
Small bbq joint in an industrial area, with a big bite for American style bbq staples and sides. The smoked briskets and ribs were aromatic and juicy, tender to falling off the bones. Delightful hearty meal with selection of accompaniments. Only outdoor seatings available.

Brilliant BBQ classes. I’m from the other side of town, so a 6.45am start for smoke school isn’t easy, but it’s completely worth it. My wife booked me in because she thought I’d like it. l loved it. You get 12 hours of Kit’s generous hospitality and thoughtful advice, plus learning about offset smokers through hands on experience. Then there’s the breakfast smash burgers, the pork ribs, sausages and fries for lunch, a huge piece of brisket to enjoy the next day, and lots of leftovers - with the smoky satisfaction that you’ve made it yourself. I enjoyed it so much that my wife booked us in for the whole hog dinner the following week. Again, there’s lots of great food. You get four pork dishes from the whole animal, drinks, dessert and no room for anything else. Kit and his team are really friendly and make it a great night. Highly recommend it. Next stop - Texas! We can’t wait to get to Snow’s in Lexington at Kit’s suggestion.
