I would thoroughly recommend Sarah and her outstanding team for any travel plans that you have. I have used Sarah for numerous business and personal trips which at times can be quite complicated routes, to crazy and hard to get places around the world, while at the same time navigating this crazy ever changing post pandemic environment. Sarah and her team took care of every detail  of our family holiday to Fiji. This made it a completely stress free experience as every part of our trip was seamless. We split our time between Paradise Cove and Intercontinental, both offered amazing beaches, snorkeling and plenty of activities for the kids. I had complex travel requirements.  Princess from House of Travel, High Street, was amazing, she reduced the stress of arranging the travel, she gave options and regular updates. Kristen Tetenburg was a pleasure dealing with - one of my best friend's and I booked our flights to the America through her. Often people ask why would you use a travel agent when you can book yourself? Peace of Mind is the answer!  I recently got a package trip to the Gold Coast, which was awesome Paradise Resort so good for kids On the way back the flight was cancelled and I was able to ring Sarah whom quickly got us a flight the next day. If not we would have been stuck for another 4 days!!

I recommend this travel agency- especially Kristen. Kristen was very helpful, she has a wealth of experience and her communication skills are excellent. She helped me  to organise a very important trip. Awesome service from a dedicated team at High Street. Thanks to Princess and her colleagues for going the extra mile in securing us great flights and accommodation. The detail was important and that matter to them too, ensuring we had the location that suited us at the right budget. The extras they negotiated for us was greatly appreciated.

I just got back from Phoenix, Arizona trip. I'm so thankful to Princess for assisting me with my travel itineraries.She booked me a great flight experience despite being like a last minute booking decision. Also, thankful to Jolene for assisting me too on the flight details and information while Princess was on holiday. While flying back to Chch from Auckland, there was a very last minute changes but luckily Princess have booked me on an Air NZ flexi ticket and rebook my flight so quickly and easy.
