My experience at house of Tien was mixed. Overall the service was exceptional by all the staff at the restaurant. Clearly undermanned and run off their feet they worked to keep our water full and help in anyway possible. The wait for our food was well over 2 hours. The entrees taking 45min to come out and then not having the duck ready for the set menu was a little disappointing. Some of the food was a bit greasy but overall not to bad. Our chicken soup came out cold. Flavour was there and the staff did work to make the experience enjoyable. I believe we had a one off experience as the overall vibe of the place was pumping and well received by almost everyone there. It's seemed our dishes were the only late arrivals. Will be coming back.
Excellent food and authentic Chinese cuisine. We had our work xmas dinner and we loved roasted duck and steamed fish so much. Service was great highly recommended.
The food is amazing, the service absolutely wonderful. We were so well looked after & nothing was too much trouble. The lovely Manager even brought water & food out for our dog. Highly recommend this Restaurant. We will be regulars from now on.

For my 18th birthday, my family took me to House of Tien We had never heard of the gorgeous restaurant but I am so glad we found it! A great range of Northern Chinese dishes that went down well with some delicious cocktails. The staff were friendly, alert and thorough, making sure we had a great time. We love this restaurant. Once we tried this Chinese Restaurant there was no looking back, we won't go anywhere else now. We usually get takeaway and it's ready in super quick time. The staff are always friendly and polite. Thank you for your delicious meals.
Tonight I decided to try House of Tien. I was not disappointed. I went for the stock standard Sweet and Sour Pork accompanied by a large Special Fried rice. PERFECTLY cooked, generous portions, and friendly staff! I'll be back....and will get a little bit more adventurous next time : Tien out of Tien, House of Tien.
It was a fantastic time that I enjoyed meals with my friends. The meals are very friendly to my local friends. And we can order spicy traditional Chinese dishes too !!!Food: 5/5
Nice food and good serviceWill definitely come back again
Had lunch for 6 today, what a surprise. The service from 2 ladies was excellent, no fuss, very efficient. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, very tasty. We all enjoyed our meal and will recommend to friend's.
