My favourite the one and only nail place. I think 2020 is the fourth year of me being a customer at House of Ten.  Vanessa and Sylvia are always so kind and friendly. My nails grow healthier after I started going here, because they don't use the drill machine to remove the previous coat.  If you're thinking of going, the pro-tip is to have a few appointments booked in, because they get really busy. Especially closer to Christmas and other public holidays.

Came to this place after discovering it via Google search. The ladies here are lovely and professional. Thanks for making the gel removal process a smooth-sailing one! Highly recommend!

Had high hopes for this place as its really close to me and it looked aesthetically very nice but was disappointed with the experience. Wasn’t greeted upon arrival or given any communication as to who was doing my pedicure, how long it would be ended up waiting 20 minutes, wasn’t offered a beverage while waiting or during my service but could see other customers with tea or water, and the smell of acrylic was OVERWHELMING. Almost had to leave because the smell was so bad. To top it off the regular pedicure doesn’t even include a soak which is pretty standard. In the end I paid 45$ for shellac nail painting. Wouldn’t recommend.  *Update in response to comments below*  Thank you for your response Vanessa. I appreciate it. Just some constructive clarification, I was greeted with a hello but as a new customer and in line with customer service that goes above the basics, it is always nice to receive a little bit more than just a "hi" and then you get back to your other client where the where I'm ignored for 20 minutes.  In the future, it would be beneficial for your team to greet people, confirm their appointment on arrival, if things are running behind which happens understandably let them know to have a seat, how long the wait will be, and offer them a refreshment. This is the type of service/communication I would expect from a '5 star' nail salon. It wasn't an issue for me that you were running late or that the pedicure is just a nail painting, but out of principle I arrived early as requested on your website, rushing from my personal commitments to be there and then felt that there was no consideration of my time as the customer. The average pedicure, although communicated on the website, was just the cherry on top.

I have been going to House of Ten close to since they have opened. All three of the girls; Vanessa, Sylvia & Ivy, have done my nails in this time and I cannot fault any of them or their treatments. When I first went, I was a chronic nail biter and picker, now my natural nails are long and strong and always look amazing! Vanessa has created an amazing space for people to come and get their nails and waxing done at a clean & hygienic salon with a warm, friendly, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere! I love my fortnightly visit at House of Ten!
