Very overstocked, understandable being the lead up to Christmas, unfortunately the didn't have what I was looking for but a huge range of items
Manager was rude to me. They should learn some manners how to talk with customer. They refuse to return back the faulty item by saying its not faulty even didn't exchange. Very bad and disappointing experience with house cannington and their customer care service.
Worst bit of customer service I have ever been given. Stood at the cabinet looking at knife sets while all the sales staff stood behind the counter chatting just looking at me like I was an inconvenience. I admit it was near closing time but two quick questions and I would have purchased the most expensive set of knives in the shop.
Bargain prices, good quality products
Been in here a few times,helpful staff. Decent products.
