Don't buy from this company online EVER!! I purchased Christmas gifts online on the 13th of December from my local store wanting to avoid the hordes of people in the local shopping centre. I chose local store on the store locator and all my items were shown as being in-store. Fantastic. I ordered and was advised my products would arrive before Christmas. A follow up phone call on the 19th December also advised me as my gifts were purchased on the 13th they would be delivered to me by the 22nd. Then I received an email on the 20th stating that due to unforeseen circumstances (excuses that basically amounted to them being slack) that my gifts would not arrive in time for Christmas, so sorry, with an offer of a gift card. Yeah like I want to spend more money in your store when you can't even organise yourselves to deliver my goods ON TIME!!! They told me my goods would be delivered ASAP and today I received notification that they would (possibly) be delivered on the 2nd of January 2018. So even though they stuffed up on deliveries they are too cheap to pay the little bit extra to Express Post parcels to their customers so we do in fact receive them ASAP. Never again from this company.
