My wife and I decided to demolish our weather board and build two townhouses on the same block of land with the idea of living in one and selling the other unit. However we decided to enter into an agreement with Pepper Constructions were they would build the two townhouses and we would retain one and they would receive the other unit. This was highly profitable to both parties.

Our experience with Pepper was first class with never a cross word or an issue throughout the whole building exercise. The construction was completed in less than six months and we could not have been happier with the service, quality or the results we received in the finished townhouses.

We would and do recommend Pepper Construction to anybody wishing to build a new house, townhouse or do a renovation. We would not hesitate to use Pepper Construction.
