I stayed here this week and I loved it. The suite was rustic but spotless and cozy it was chilly in Canberra, with a super comfortable bed and quality linen. It was surprisingly quiet given the central location. I could walk to the city and taxis were available within minutes. The staff were fantastic and anything that I requested was done instantly. The reception area was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Highly recommended!
Very friendly and professional service. Quality facilities and dining experience. Rooms are of high standard and staff are always ready to assist. One of the best hotels in Canberra whether you’re a local or traveller. Haven’t been able to fault any of my experiences. I’m a frequent visitor and will continue to be with you guys, thank you very much.
The hotel is very beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. The design of the room is elegant, modern, fresh and new. However, a bit disappointed about their breakfast packages, which cost $35. We were excited to try it, and through it should be very worth. But not, just like we ordered directly the restaurant downstairs, and it’s just cost $20- $28 one meal and one coffee, instead of $35. So I recommended don’t purchase that package, just come and order directly.
The Hotel Realm sits in a quiet yet very accessible part of Canberra, within walking distance to the Lake and nearby restaurants. Two local shopping complexes within 4 minute drive away. The hotel itself is modern with many activities/amenities such as pool, gym, bar, restaurants and spa built in. The Realm room is huge ! I’d be paying top dollar for anything similar in Sydney. The only issue I’d pick if I could find one was attention to detail on the room cleaning. Would I stay here again? Yes I’d definitely highly consider.
Wonderful hotel - modern decor and beautifully appointed rooms. Huge beds and very generous room size. Luxury toiletries. Service was friendly and super efficient. Loved the hotel location- plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again.
Stayed for a couple days and very impressed with the hotel. The staff are super attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The breakfast package was great and served every morning in the hotel restaurant. Room was clean and had some great amenities too. Will definitely be staying again on my next visit to Canberra.
Very nice hotel, pool was over chlorinated it was like acid in your eyes. Makes me wonder why they put so much chlorine. They warned us not to open our eyes underwater. But if you did or not it made little difference. We paid an extra 200 dollars to have a hotel with a pool for the kids, and it was unusable. Pool also closes at 7pm which is a bit early. Hotel presents amazing, and staff were great. Views of parliament house were nice. Rooms: Room were great. Food & drinks: In house restaurant was great
Stayed 2 bedroom with 2 young children. The staff is professional and helpful. Pre request a cot and asked for a high chair, decent size rooms, spacious area and great sound proof wall. Car park is a bit narrow but it's free for the guests.Rooms: 4/5
Booked to stay in their suite with balcony, breakfast for 3 included. The best choice with reasonable price. Free parking at the basement, no so great for weekend stay as swimming pool and gym closed early. Nice restaurants nearby and I believe they are part of the Doma conglomerates. Staff were courteous, approachable and helpful. Overall, our stay was memorable one! We will be back
We had our wedding reception at Hotel Realm and stayed in the Bridal Suite for two nights. Amy-Lee was really good to work with and had helped us a lot with getting all the required details right not just for the hotel, but ourselves as well. Her super-prompt responses are appreciated, and her presence in the background on the big night itself was also really good in ensuring things are going well for both the hotel and us. We also have no issue at all with our stay in the hotel.
