Giving 3 stars because the food is always pretty decent. We have been coming for years and the indoor soft play area is as gross as ever. My kids picked up violent gastro last week after playing there. Partially other parents fault as there were SO many sick kids in there coughing etc. But we noticed the last time as well that it’s in need of regular cleaning. And a big deep clean
Great service as far as we experienced. The quality of the food was also very good. The atmosphere depends on where you sit, but overall it was a quiet and enjoyable place. I doubt any booking is necessary unless you would like to throw a party or a large gathering.
Good food and playground but the worst service I have ever had. We don’t know there is a no outside food rule and there is no sign about it in the hotel as well. So we have a happy meal put on the table and the kids are watching TV with me at the table. We ordered beers and foods as well. One of the male staff approaching us and talk loudly “ what are you thinking you are doing here with McDonald’s food on the table! No outside food allowed balabalabala” in a very aggressive way. I said you don’t have to talk so aggressively and there are kids here, you can simply tell me the rule and ask me to put them away, and as I know the rule now we can put it away but you do not have to talk like this. And he said I am not talking aggressively actually which is very loud and rude. I call the manager but seems they do not really care. Really bad experience.
Good food, friendly staff and convenient parking behind the venue. Great play area for the kids.
Food is pretty poor & pricing over the top. Much better value & quality at other nearby pubs $28 for a vegetarian dahl when you need to line up to order, pick up your meals & find cutlery is ridiculous. Kids area is great but that's it
