Our second stay at Hotel Chadstone and I can’t say enough about the Hotel and staff.nnThe rooms are beautiful, comfortable, modern and immaculately clean. The pool is stunning, especially at night and has great hours so you can be sure to find time to use it after your shopping day.nnThe breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options for all dietary requirements, and the dining room staff are lovely and helpful with special requests.nnWe stayed to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the concierge assisted me with ordering balloons and arranged a special amenity to greet us in the room. The care that was taken in making our stay extra special was beyond expectations!nnAmazing experience, convenience and service. Great value for money. Don't hesitate to book.nnThank you to the entire team for everything. We can’t wait to return and encourage everyone to visit!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chadstone. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed as part of the Hello Kitty experience and my daughter was over the moon to find a special sweet treat as well as gifts in the room upon arrival. The kids especially loved the virtual bowling and complementary lolly buffet and swimming in the heated pool. The room itself was very comfortable and buffet breakfast had a good selection and wasn't overly crowded. Short walk to Chadstone for some shopping. Definitely recommend for a fun family weekend with something for everyone.
Such a great place to take the kids. We have just visited with our 3 and 6yo. Key highlights included:nn- beautifully warm pool and spa.n- free entertainment organised by the hotel, while we were there they were running a virtual bowling competition which was fun for all of us.n- amazing buffet breakfastn- Archie bros gaming centre located at Chadstone adjacent in the entertainment precinct.nnHighly recommend this hotel for families. Feels luxury but also family friendly. Staff all really lovely.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Chadstone, and the experience was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide selection of freshly prepared options, from made-to-order omelettes to delicious pastries. A special thank you to Raezel in the restaurant for her outstanding service and warm hospitality. The staff truly made our stay smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional service, look no further than Hotel Chadstone!
We had such a great experience staying at the Hotel Chadstone. Our room is nice, the bed is so comfy we didn’t want to wake up. The service is second to none and staff are friendly. Breakfast lines are variety the best bacon I ever have!. Highly recommend.
