My new cylinder installation was amazingly a very simple process. Called them, 1 hour later had a quote, 4 hours later installed. The installer was very tidy. Cleaned his mess and explained everything. Im very impressed thank you.

Very efficient service and at excellent competitive prices. Got my old cylinder out and my new LPG system installed the day after I called and now I enjoy instantaneous hot water. Would highly recommend these guys!

These guys have a water cylinder or water heater for absolutely any need! Their vast range is amazing and their service even more so. They were able to arrange an install for me on the same day I called and had it done by the end of the day, gracing me with hot water once again! I am really grateful for businesses like these!!

We are happy with the cylinder. However, there was an electrical issue that came to light some days later (no hot water!) and the electrician who serviced it gave conflicting reports as to where the fault lay. This caused quite a headache for us, but I’m pleased that at least HWCNZ were willing to waive the additional charge in the end.
