Delicious, juicy and hot, crunchy fried chicken. I ordered the Large Fried Chicken. Second visit here and as good as last time - fresh and fragrant. Service is quick and price is reasonable. You can get a variety of seasonings on your chicken like Plum, Seaweed, Curry, Spicy or Original. They have a Halal certificate displayed which is excellent for muslim friends. I highly recommend you try the chicken, it’s so good! Excellent to take away and eat as you walk.

Experienced: Not too bad but nothing's special. In my point of view, there is no distinct taste that will make you crave. Cleanliness: This specific branch hasn't been managed properly in terms of cleanliness. Affordability: Priced for $11 for one original large chicken breast was too expensive compared to a more reputable KFC 6 pcs hot and crispy chicken for only $11.45 at that time.
No service whatsoever, delivery guy was throwing boxes around in front of me making loud noises, absolutely appalling.
Food was good but the place was filthy. It was 11am they obviously hadn't cleaned up from the night before. Dirt and grime around the counter and windows, plus the guys uniform was dirty aswell. He told us he only had one top and hadn't washed it. There's only a couple of seats if you want to eat in. Nowhere to wash your hands just a box of tissues.
Good food, reasonable price.. but one 1 person work and the waiting time is so long
The customer service was okay but I did not expect to receive black sweet potato fries. They’re normally not burnt and cooked fine. I was happy to see such a big portion as they’re usually very little but the fact that it is burnt is just very disappointing: i hope they can improve from this review.
Absolutely disappointed, we have eaten Hotstar in many places. The chicken size was small and dry, when I asked for spicy they put a tons of chillies, so spicy I couldn’t even finish my meal. Totally not recommended. Staff was not offering any deals for us.
We've eaten at Hot Star in a number of locations and it's usually fresh, crispy, delicious fried chicken with their own special blend of seasoning salt. This place is totally different in a bad way. They swap out food like home brand chips instead of the signature curly fries, the special seasoning doesn't taste the same and the oil might not be hot enough during cooking as the food is always soggy with oil and doesn't have a nice crispiness. Surprised it's a real branch. Give Hot Star a go somewhere else, its usually awesome
