I have purchased two spas from Brisbane spa centre. One for myself and one for a friend. Annie was extremely helpful and made buying them a breeze. I know this is the way it should be but isn’t always. She also effected delivery some 400 ks from her store which was seamless. We both purchased the salt system which is a great system. Very economical and easy to use. I suffer from contact dermatitis and get bad irritation from normal spas. With this system I hardly get any at all. It’s not hard to monitor and the result is great clean and clear water. All in all I would say the salt system is a far more superior system and is a must if you purchase a spa. You won’t get a better deal and service if you purchase from this this company. 5 stars.
Brisbane Spa Super Centre has our highest recommendation. Both Annie and Matt were very professional and diligent. The Hot Springs pulse spa has the best features. All of our family enjoy the whole experience. It is such a positive way to start the day and finish the day. The Hot spring spas are great for mind and body. Matt & Annie were extremely helpful throughout our spa purchase. Even though there was lengthy delays out of their control, they always did their best and for that, we are grateful. We have replaced weekly remedial massages for daily Spa treatments. The Brisbane Spa Supercentre 5 person Prodigy Spa is our happy place after a long day. It’s easy to use and manage including the Spa cover. Matt is forever available for technical problem solving. We hope to have many more happy experiences with the hot Spa. Di & Bruce
I made contact with Gary regarding a part for my sauna. The dealer that I originally bought the part off provided no response but Gary was more than willing to order the part from Harvia for me even though I was not a customer of his. This is outstanding service and so very hard to find these days so I highly recommend these guys. If you are looking for a sauna speak to Gary as service is everything in my eyes.
Very disappointed. We have stopped by to order a spa cover for our existing spa, made a full payment in a week, 7th Nov, has been told it normally takes one month to be delivered, which has never happened even we have emailed them many times. After two months of them mucking around, they finally have offered a refund. We have accepted it 15th of Dec, no refund yet on 3rd Jan. We have told that our refund request has been sent through to their management, and had processed in Dec, however nothing happened. We have also sent them many emails, asking what going on. Some of them has been totally ignored. We are now getting ready to report this to ACCC, need to seek a legal help. Very disappointed and what a waste of time. No spa cover, our money has been locked for almost two months at this stage. Where is our money…. Have paid $875!!
After visiting my local spa shops and coming away confused it was worth the drive to Brisbane Spa Super centre. Lex was a great help explaining everything I needed to know answering all my questions. A few days later bought one of their spa's, it was delivered today by Lex who was working hard to ensure the customer's got their spa's before Christmas. The installation was quick and the addition of the cover assistance device makes it an easy 1person job. Lex explained everything from the operations to maintenance. After diner we jumped in and it works like a dream. I would highly recommend looking for a spa to give them a call.
Lex, Matt, Annie and the entire team at Brisbane Spa Super Centre have been absolutely amazing. The advice and service that we've always got before and after sales has been very genuine, practical and simply outstanding. They really know their stuff inside out and are not pushy at all. Post install, if there's anything that I haven't been sure of, I've just called and had it sorted in minutes. We bought the Prism spa I really wanted the big fastlanes pool/spa but had space issues and simply love every bit of it. The kids want to go in there all the time and it's so much better than getting a pool that can only be used a few months in the year. The product it self is of exceptional quality and I would highly recommend getting the salt system. It makes the whole cleaning job so much easier and there's very little chemicals that needs to be added to maintain the water quality. If you're looking for a good quality product and stress free experience I would strongly recommend seeing the team at Brisbane Spa Super Centre. We did a fair bit of homework and whilst there are "cheaper ones" out there, from what I've heard including a spa repairer I randomly met once who said who reaffirmed my decision they'll probably end up costing more in the long run with replacement parts heaters, pumps, etc and labour.
Wow , What a Quality Spa and what Super Service I purchased a Hot Spring Spa Model 'Sovereign ' from a Spa Display at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in 1991 ,29 years ago. It was promoted as the Rolls Royce of Spas. Due to the excellent promotion and reviews i decided to purchase it for the total sum of $8300.00 including delivery and installation at my house in Woy Woy NSW..[ Currant price of this Model is approx $ 25,000.00 !!!] It was completely exposed to the weather for 10 years at Woy Woy ,. until we moved to Corlette NSW were again it was located completely exposed to the weather for the next 19 years ,were it remains today. During the 29 years i have owned this Spa it has only had one Mechanical failure,which was a burnt out main Pump Motor which was replaced in 2008 for a cost of $650.00. The only other money spent on the Spa was for a new cover as the Vinyl covering perished, which was only to be expected as This Hot Spring Spa has been completely exposed to the weather for 29 years . Recently however,the plastic heater housing developed a crack which i tried to fix,however due to the water pressure inside the housing nothing i tried stopped the leak . I contacted two Spa repairers , both telling me that there was no replacement Heater Assembly due to its age and that i should consider purchasing a new Spa. On the internet is were i found Brisbane Spa Super Centre and i phoned the owner Mr Matt Budge and explained my problem .He was absolutely amazed that my Hot Spring Spa still had the original Heater and original Heater Pump Motor which has run continuously 24/7 all year for 29 years except when we moved to Corlette or went on extended Holidays . .Matt informed me that the type of Heater assembly i had was now not available as all the latest heaters were totally different in shape and size ,but to leave it with him and he would try to come up with a solution . This he did the very next day,advising me he could supply me with a currant Hot Spring Heater Heater Assembly that he could modify slightly by disconnecting the capillaries that control the water temperature .I was to save the existing capillaries when i removed the broken heater and cable tie them to the new Heater Matt intended to send me. Matt advised i would then have to remount the new Heater Assembly in the Motor Housing and then change all the existing plastic plumbing to connect the new heater to the existing inlet and outlet pipes.. I am 81 years old ,not a Tradesman but capable of doing handy work. .Matt thought that i could do this modification myself as he very kindly sent me a detailed sketch of exactly what to do ,step by step. He supplied me the New Heater and all new hose clips and new lengths of Plastic pipe ,everything i required to Repair my Spa . The cost of all parts was $695.00. I was pleasantly surprised to do this repair and modification myself in only approx one hour ,due mainly to Matt's Detailed sketches and verbal advice.. The Spa works Perfectly now and it has been used very regularly since i carried out Modification approx one month ago . I now hope to get many more years of use from this Hot Spring Spa and am very pleased to have purchased such a Quality Spa 29 years ago.
So I pre purchased a swim spa from another company and 2 days later cancelled order and ended up with the Swimcross Exercise X500 from Brisbane Spa Super Centre!!! Why??? Service, quality and honesty! After a 3 hour appointment which included a swim, a chat, a few laughs and a design for my backyard I was confident I made the right purchase. Lex, Matt, Annie and team have been extremely helpful and patient throughout the process of purchase to installation. Lex spent the entire day at my place during install to manage crane and set up spa. Fortunately he's fun to be around!! All went to plan as promised.
