Great lunch spot in East Subi. Ordered the continental baguette. Presentation is very appetising, tasty food. Very slightly over the standard price for a lunch item, however this is justified by the higher quality ingredients. The baguette is crunchy and ready, combined with the mild salami, tomato, spinach, cheese, pickles, and a delicious home made relish/chutney. The selection of food is limited to what is displayed in the counter, which isn’t an issue as they have a decent choice of lunch options. They also do freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Overall great place to go when you’d like to change your usual lunch routine. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair lift.
The Grind delivered morning and afternoon coffees for a workshop I was running in Subiaco. They could not have been more helpful from the start; their deliveries were right on time with all the correct orders and the coffee was great. They made my life much easier by being so reliable and making the communications, ordering, delivery and payment so smooth. Fantastic.
I stumbled apon this Cafe by accident while trying to kill time before an appointment and was quite glad I did. The staff was amazing and so helpful. But best part of all the building is supper accessible. I am in a wheelchair and originally thought I wouldn't be able to go in as the Cafe is up a small flight of stairs but they actually had a wheelchair lift. The staff were super nice and helped me use it and all together a great experience.

Fresh, home-style breakfast and lunches. Very quick friendly service, amazing coffee. If you wish you had time to make your own healthy lunch, this is the place for you. Food you’ll feel good about eating
A client of mine with an office nearby suggested we head to The Grind. I'm critical of my coffee and rarely purchase a coffee away from my regular though I'm glad I did so today. Polite staff, great atmosphere and amazing coffee. I'll be back!
I had the fruit salad with yoghurt and a mocha, both of which were good quality for a reasonable price. The venue was lovely aswell and provided the daily paper. Parking: Nearby street parking available for free for up to an hour
