Contacted to carry out repairs and was asked to send through a photo for quote. Had no response whatsoever until i contacted him again 4 days later. Its now a week later and i have tried contacting yet again....still nothing. I understand people can be busy but how long is a customer suppose to wait for. First reviewer said "prompt response" and so far my experience i can confirm this NOT TRUE.

Michael carried out an extensive repair on my roof. He was fast, efficient and knew what he was doing. On top of that, the price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
